Two celebrities have become new parents this week. On Monday, Julia Roberts gave birth to her third child with husband Danny Moder, and Tiger Woods’ wife, Elin, gave birth to their first child. Roberts’ baby is a boy named Henry Daniel Moder and was born in Los Angeles. He weighed 8 ½ pounds, and it is reported that the family is doing great, including 39-year-old Roberts’ and 38-year-old Moder’s 2-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus. Meanwhile, Woods, 31, had just finished second at the U.S. Open on Father’s Day the day before his daughter Sam Alexis Woods was born early on Monday morning.

Now that her pregnancy is over, Roberts’ focus will be on raising her children and promoting her new movie, “Charlie Wilson’s War” directed by Mike Nichols. This will be her return to the screen aside from playing the voice of the spider in the 2006 children’s film “Charlotte’s Web.” Meanwhile, Woods was lucky enough to complete the U.S. Open before his daughter was born. He had mentioned that he would miss a major to witness the birth of his child. Now, he may have difficulties with his upcoming schedule. He is supposed to host a tournament in Washington, D.C. from July 5-8. He is also scheduled to play in the British Open on July 19, and the PGA Championship begins August 9 in Tulsa. These two celebrities are going to have two equally busy schedules.
