		<description>I question the interpretation of this study too.  The research itself is OK, but I think it's a huge leap from some of your money will go to charitable purposes to having that same money go to a faceless, wasteful bunch of bureaucrats.  I don't really believe that most taxpayers believe that their payments are being spent wisely to improve the lot of those less fortunate than themselves, which is really what the interpretation of the study results suggests.
