Every book I write he loves to un-comma it! He likely would start a fatwa if he could! I guess lots of people have hatred for parts of the English language. Me, I love the comma, i think it is a great tool! John, maybe we should buy a dozen fatwa's (I am sure Wal*mart sells them), and go on a 'grammatical jihad'.
