I would add to the list of over the top prosecutors the Georgia DA that prosecuted the teenage boys for allowing the teenage girl to give them oral sex. He did not prosecute the girl although they all admitt the sex was consensual. Several of the boys have been jailed for more than 2 years now. Wilson was 17 when this party took place and is now 21 and still in jail (more than 28 months) despite the fact that the higher court through out the sentence and ordered his release. The DA has filed an appeal in an effort to keep him behind bars for 10 years....for teenage sex?????Another over the top prosecutor. Also I must mention the fact that LA prosecutor that prosecuted Paris for driving on a suspended license while on probation for an alcohol related reckless driving violation,,,,,,well his wife drove uninsured for more than a year, drove on a suspended license for more than a year, he drove the family car without insurance for more than a year,,,,when his wife hit a pole with his city issued SUV he allowed the city to pay for it...and yes she was still driving on a suspended license......And this is the same prosecutor that insisted Paris be brought back to serve her sentence in jail after she had completed 5 days served which was more time than 60% of those serving time for the same crime served.
