So this means I should get a tax refund for gas I put in my lawnmower or ATV since it's a non road-going vehicle, right? WRONG! In PA the exemption only applies to farmers. What BS!

One would think the taxaholic authorities could see the merit in using ~any~ fuel that does not come from some foreign wells, most of which are owned by extremists of one stripe or another who not only hate us, they have us in their sights for major disruption or even outright destruction. It is clear that the minor loss of tax revenues is offset by a factor of dozens in that it cuts into the vast fortunes and control of the hatemongers not only in the middle east, but also those who are becoming just as beligerent in this hemisphere. I for one will register a strong complaint with my elected representatives, most of who trumpet the advantages of alternative fuels, and I will expect but will not accept the "lost tax revenues" angle of their replies. It is an insult to the mostly lower income people who have found this small way of taking themselves off the customer list of such people as are controlling the world oil reserves for political and even religious advantage.
