I think there involved in something they have proven to be ignorant about. And quite frankly very embarrassing to me as a woman. There is proven evidence that this is a major problem. It is, as real as night and day. I am a mother who is now and has been alienated from my children for almost five years. NOW is completely in the dark on the real issue of the matter " THE FAMILY" and how important it is to have BOTH PARENTS. It doesn't just happen to men! When it comes right down to the real matter the children suffer the most. I am an adult and I have severe emotional damage now from having my children stolen from me. I can barely handle what I have endured being seperated and completely denied my children without just cause. But for my children? I'm know the pain is a thousand times greater and with that I hurt even worse. Please do not catogorize all women in the NOW group and there plite. I am against anyone alienating children from either parent! People on both sides of the fence are all to quick in making an assumption that this is just something that men experience! I am wondering if anyone realizes how unlucky women who experience this really are? There are more mens and fathers rights groups that I could ever count. They provide all the assistance a man would ever need. Who do women have? We know we don't have NOW on this issue! I'm wondering if a fathers rights association would ever consider helping a mother? That is if they really do support children having both parents and both parents, being of the upmost importance to their lives. Wouldn't that be making a huge statement to the NOW group and in general to anyone else. I agree with the fight against NOW!!
