		<description>You fail to mention that it is perfectly reasonable for the woman's DNA to have been found where it was (in the car and in the house).  After all, they were married for a number of years sharing the house and the car.  So it is obvious that her DNA would have been found.  Just as your wife's / husband's DNA would be found inside your own vehicle.  People often times get a cut on their hand / arm / body just doing normal, everyday things over a number of years.  Other news reports say that it was only very tiny drops of blood that were found -- not huge pools of blood or the like.  While it might seem likely that he had killed her, other, equally as likely reasons are also possible.  And under California law, when it comes to circumstantial evidence, the jury is charged by the court to attach the more innocent reason or explanation to the circumstance.  Therefore, I believe that without further evidence, the man will be found 'not guilty' -- just as I believe that Scott Peterson (for similar reasons) will also have his conviction overturned on appeal.</description>
