SUPER! I think this ruling is a few decades late, but better late than never. I closely monitor what my milk-monsters watch by watching with them and by talking with them about the things we see and hear.

For example, we love the Broadway Channel (Sirius 77) but on occasion the host gets a case of the potty mouth so we talk about why he says those things and why they aren't allowed to and what other people think about you when they hear you talk like that... So rather than demanding that the gov't attempt to isolate my kids, I'm preparing them to live in the world and making sure that my value set -including the total freedom of speech- is firmly impressed onto their young minds.

In the immortal words of the great Howard Stern," Fuc# the FCC!" They spend too much time and money on content (which the market will control) and not enough time on facilitating communication.
