		<description>I agree with you J Hernandez.  I'm from Baton Rouge, but have lived in California for over 20 years now.   In 2004, I tried to "go home" even purchased a home there.  I lasted 9 months before returning to California.  It's a political town (Shaw Center) one of the ugliest buidlings I've ever seen.   A very different mentality there for sure.  I would have thought with the influx from New Orleans, the town would have progressed . . . no way.</description>
