		<description>I actually do some work with the Merchants Payments Coalition and I think its amazing that more people are not talking about this issue.  This is an issue that needs harsh examination because the industry is in no way able to regulate themselves and will most likely drive many small business like gas stations into the ground if nothing is done.  Additionally, I agree - this is hurting consumers too, interchange fees alone cost the average consumer at least $300 a year, and thats just one minor issue.  Thank you for sharing info on this and I can only hope that more action is taken in the future to correct this ongoing trend on increased fees and decreased consumer understanding.</description>
