They came to my home and searched for meth, or anything pretaining to meth and founded nothing. We have no rights to him to stop them and I have had him since the day he was born. They have no desire to listen to me they had their mind made up. he is 5 now and I keep him when he was and infant while she went to jail twice and rehab twice but now they decided to come and get him. Please pray for our family as he was the only thing that means anything to us. All prays will be appreciated and I hope no one else has to go though what we have been through this week. The worker that removed him left 2 babies in their home until they were dead. So now she takes a happy child from the only home he has ever known and removed him.Somone need to pray for her.Once again please pray we get our little man back soon. It feels like a knive is in our heart and someone just keeps twisting it. God Bless, A Heartbroken Grandmother, Grandfather and Uncle. My own grandson was left with me from the time he was born until now (8+ years) I am absolutely certain if either of his so called parents thought that there was anything in it for them ...money etc...they would be after him in a flash. I would have a really hard time contesting any action that may bring as they qualify for Legal Aid as they have nothing and are wastrels, I , on the other hand, have a mortgage so I have equity in my home which would deny me legal aid yet my income is only a state pension. I cannot apply for any loans even though I have assets I have nothing to pay the loans back with. I cannot go to the court and ask for custody by rights of the status quo (he has been with me all his life) as they will have to be advised and I am opening the door to them taking an action whereas if I stay silent Alexander's custody remains in limbo...When will justice take off the blinders.....
