		<description>Thank you for the "Sense" in this article.  I would also like you to consider the 750 million hecta-acres of Genetically Modified crops in your scenario.  It began years ago (yes, even before the tomatoes)...when our government wanted to produce the "perfect" ear of corn, green pepper, radish, cucumber.  The downfall to these early modifications?  Fruits and vegetables whose seeds are sterile!  That's right!  We cannot re-sow the earth from most of today's produce!

See any dangers here?  Complete control over our food supplies?  No gardens with herbs OR vegetables?  GM crops that are cross-pollinating, (and perhaps, killing bees?)

Just wanted to add some lesser-espoused facts to your wonderfully-insightful piece.
