With all freedoms come responsibility - and ABC failed. They released a story in the name of making news - ignoring the fact that it has now tipped off the Iranians to potential operations in their country. Iran now knows exactly what to expect. ABC gave Iran the advantage - and it could lead to them developing Nukes even faster.

First of all, what is “add money”? Advertising money?

The idea that “news outlets are not responsible for in any way hampering the spread of information” is ridiculous. When they use our airwaves that belong to us, they have a responsibility to protect our best interests. Also while they are supported by our viewership, they need to protect our best interests if we are going to continue to watch them.

The idea that they are protecting the best interests by telling to the President is also ridiculous. If they wanted to protect our best interests they don’t need to go to the public. They could have called their congressmen and let them in on what was happening. That’s assuming that their congressmen didn’t already know. The sad truth is that ABC news put the interests of ABC news before the interests of Americans. I for one am disappointed in ABC news and want them to know it.
