		<description>Quitting smoking is all about leverage. No matter how desperate you are for a cigarette if a man puts a gun to your head and says he'll shoot you if you put one in your mouth - you wont! We move away from consequences far more readily than we seek out goals. 

The desire for cigarettes during certain activities (phone calls, driving, post meal, etc) can be put down to anchors. This is an NLP term to describe how certain emotional states and feelings become 'anchored' to outside events or stimiulus. I wont go into detail but if you do a search there's plenty of info available. I'll just say that collapsing anchors is very simple when you know how.</description>
