Many countries including Pakistan, Gulf, America are not happy with the progress of India making, they want to curb this down and coming with this kind of devil ideas to provoke communal riots. Come up with the truth and reality, until you do that this type of shameful and brutal attacks cannot stop, no way. Being a Muslim this is impossible for me to believe that a any of the fellow Muslim could ever dare to do sucn henious act. If say they are Jehadies then you must be know it is fighiting against Islam not with Islam, he fights for God and God's happiness and for Jannaah(Heaven) he is clear about that, once he is into all this shit how can he get that he is not a fool to loose both Duniya and Aaqeraah (World and Hereafter).
