Four people were arrested in Merced, CA earlier this week after going on a joyride and shooting people with paintballs. The final target that they hit was District Attorney Larry Morse II, the county’s top prosecutor. The four did not intend to hit the top prosecutor but saw him on a late night jog near his house and hit him in the back at which point Morse chased after them in his car. John McKay, 21, Juan Gonzalez, 22, Nicole Cox, 20, and a 16-year-old boy were all arrested and charged with a felony charge of conspiracy and misdemeanor battery.
