In the same way the mails received daily declaring some award of any attractive value bear some transfer fee or tax which must be paid before the award is credited into ones account. If the winner is a low paid guy like me the award and the offer are all withdrawn. I just wanted to know if UK is really in a financial mess and is trying to blackmail the foreign world by this type of tactics or a fraud is being imposed to make the image of UK black in the eyes of foreigners.
