<description>UK seems to have destroyed financially or is near destruction. As many private lottery or gambling companies of UK are announcing lots of awards worth 0.5 million to 1.5 million British Pound or Euros, declared in some draw via vague emails. But when the award is claimed after necessary verification they impose a tax or a transfer fee with the award. In the case of Fidelity Trust Bank a bogus internet account was also opened to ensure the prize in ones hands. But then COT (Cost of Transfer) fee was implemented with the assurance to issue the COT code as soon as the fee was received. The fee was paid but the internet account and internet banking all suddenly disappeared. In the same way the mails received daily declaring some award of any attractive value bear some transfer fee or tax which must be paid before the award is credited into ones account. If the winner is a low paid guy like me the award and the offer are all withdrawn. I just wanted to know if UK is really in a financial mess and is trying to blackmail the foreign world by this type of tactics or a fraud is being imposed to make the image of UK black in the eyes of foreigners.
