Last night’s debate at South Carolina State University showed the lock-step approach the Democratic candidates take toward abortion. While a majority of Americans believe that it is right to ban partial-birth abortions, the current crop of Democratic candidates for the highest office in the land “uniformly criticized” the Court’s ruling according to the Washington Post.

In addition, according to the Associated Press/Manchester Union Leader, some of the candidates said that, if they were president, they would not require a litmus test for Court appointees. However, these same candidates then said that their appointees would reflect their support for abortion on demand– negating the concept of a “litmus test.”
