And we all know how painful and irritating these failures are...all the while we expect things would be OK the next moment whereas the grueling agony of wait continues for hours. Having said that, we should also keep in mind the occasional desk-top troubles which are equally inconvenient; though with latest products of MS; there's been a decline to those desktop crashes which were much more frequent in earlier days.
