		<description>Hi,
Its seems a very true story my friend, i will narrate you one about India's largest private sector bank ICICI BANK go to their website every where they have mentioned their internet banking is a free service but when you actually use it you will find that for bill payments you have to use 4 random digits of your ATM CARD which they say enhanced security feature, i will latter write about their so called enhanced securtiry feature.

Now coming to the above point for ATM card ICICI will charge you 99 rupees + taxes per annum which means that indirectly ICICI is charging you for using their bill payment facility of internet banking that is if ICICI has 20 million customer straight away they are making 20million * 99 = Rs198 crores of rupees by their false representation and advertisement to the society.

Coming to their enhanced security feature, While printing/Embossing ATM or for that matter any plastic card the numbers on card are exposed to the person/employee who is dealing with that job then at the first instance one can its not a securtiy feature rather a mockery maked by the banks using something which is know to almost all people where ever you use that plastic card

Coming further to this point any body familiar with debit card knows that one has to use his/her ATM Cum Debit card to POS(Point of Sale) for making purchases by giving it to the merchant or service provider then how one it is secured because you are always exposing your card to some one else.

In the name of so called enhanced security feature ICICI is adopting a monopoly and restrictive practices which means you must posses their ATM/DEBIT card for using their banking services and making crores of money.

For a healthy banking practices Regulators and Government must come forward to stop these unethical practices. Similar kind of facilities are avialable in the other part of world but those are convincingly secured not like narrated above.

Thanks,
Kumari</description>
