Earlier this week I posted regarding Jack Thompson’s attempt to get the new game Bully classified as a public nuisance, thereby preventing its sale in Florida. Today, I am pleased to update that story with the news that the Court reviewing Mr. Thompson’s motion refused to label the game as a nuisance, and will not be preventing the game from being shipped or sold. Apparently, some of the words exchanged in court over the ruling were rather heated.
