Think that the males of America fear this law so much. They fear they ultimately do not have any say over a women having an abortion and this is their only method of control - to take away that right. It can be rationalised, discredited or taken away as a 'consitutional' right but ultimately women will continue to abort unwanted pregancies. It's just like smoking pot it's against the law but a huge number of the population do it regardless. I would like to think I would never have an abortion but I think it is my fundamental basic right as women to have the choice to abort in the least invasive method possible.
