The suicide idiots causing the Towers destruction were just that— idiots sucked in by the radical mullahs to sacrifice their lives to further the islamists cause and it failed. I do not agree with the Iraqi war because it visited a rain of fire & brimstone on the Iraqi people and while destroying many Islamic radicals it also killed hundreds of thousands of totally innocents.
The “war” in Afghanistan was a lot more justified even if it is incapable of curing anything and I believe that there will be lasting good from that conflict.

We should all be worried if this is the state of freedom of expression, that something written five years ago, or in any way questioning human reaction or foreign policy can be shut down by the mainstream press and political parties. If Potvin isn’t allowed to say what he said, then why are people allowed to send him death threats or call him a Holocaust denier? Or, why are any of us allowed to post comments in here?

No one respects America anymore and even those few sycophants who profess to like you are standing there with their hand out expecting something in return. Kevin Potvin is not a Canadian politician. He is a Canadian Jack Ass. Mr. Potvin cannot get a job with a legitimate news paper, hence his self published rag.
