I am helping people in and out of homes. If they need to get out I help them out so they don’t have to default. If they want in and can’t get a bank loan because they are in business for themselves and haven’t got 2 years worth of tax returns etc for the bank they can get in now if their income can sustain it. People want to be in their own homes and I feel that they should be. . .
