And the "british" values are not of superiority, but have much in common with other countries. Yes, Britain has a class system. So do other countries. But the idea that the hoi polloi can vote is also British. And that idea has more in common with Islam's idea of equality of belivers than with traditional India of the caste system. The idea of tolorance is in the Koran and the Bible. Big deal. The idea of repect for law is in Confucius. The problem with multiculturalism is that the so called multiculturalist teach nihilism rather than pointing out the universality of values. Indeed, the reason the average immigrant goes to the UK is that they actually respect these values. Ah, but if you live in a country, you are supposed to be taught the values of that country.
