Shantanu, that's a nice article that you've written but with regards to militancy, mizoram goes to the polls so the MNF party will bear whatever it's consequences of action but your statement about Assam, Manipur and Nagaland faring better in conflict may be a bit off the track, check out the home ministry website and you'll find out, Mizoram had only around 5 conflict, Manipur around 300, Assam and Nagaland 150-200. Mizoram still has a long way to go but I believe in terms of HDI, Peace and Deveopment ( India Today State Ranking puts mizoram 3rd in India, highest in NOrtheast) Mizoram is making progress, and yes, PEACE is a prerequisite to DEVELOPMENT.</description>
