After-all, where would a parent send an unwanted child back to who is a biological-birth and has birth-handicaps that wren;t told to the parent by the doctor before birth? This is terrible... all humans have handicaps of some sort... if we follow this judges line of reasoning, then we must apologize to Adolf Hitler and those who have been killed / interred due to the Nuremberg trials. So murder is appropriate???

She was not properly informed of the childs' difficulties until the adoption had gone through. If she had been properly notified she might not have gone through with it and the children that got molested wouldn't have to live the memory of the molestation for the rest of their lives. The state may have inadvertantly perpetuated a cycle of violence and abuse because those molested children may now grow up to be abusers and pass the cycle on to others. This was the fault of the state and the state needs to step up and admit they failed and take responsibility for this childs' actions. She has a right to return the child to care.
