THE REASON MY DAUGHER DOESN'T HAVE A C/A IS BECAUSE THE EDUCATION BOARD HAVE A HUGE DEFICIT. THERE IS NO HELP AND TO HAVE YOUR CHILD ASSESSED THE WAITING TIME IS 3 YEARS. Anyone interested in promoting sperm banking for blokes who are between 25 and 30 who are not ready to finish fathering all their babies? The NHS could save the country a lot of money if it started free client depositor sperm banking in the UK.
