Here is a good article to talk about ethics in health care. How long does one have to be dead in order to begin the harvest of organs for which they said they wanted to donate?

Another question could be - does the dead have the right to chose which person receives the organs (through their documented will)? Is it ethical for that person to decide who does or who does not get their organs?
