It doesnot even bother about mentallyill soldiers who are transported in c130s from Iraq chained to the aircraft holds to germany surreptiously. It will shout about rights violation in Myanmar but completely silent about SriLanka. It will shout about Darfur seperatists but will keep silent about palestine. It will not bother about racial abuses in Britain or the abrupt cancellation of special visas given to 15,000 asian doctors or banning of veils in schools. Basically it is serving as a tool of socalled western liberilism wherein Gay RIGHTS becomes more important than offence of sodomy and soon it may be even supporting incest marriages as is happenning in germany. Its credibility will increase if it shouts in the same voice when recently ULFA terrorists gunned down 50 innocent biharies who were killed just because they speak hindi. amensty was completely silent about this as was when ethinic cleansing of hindus was happening in jammu kashmir by Muslim fundementalists. It will continue to bark on the gujerat communal riots because it is politically good for american national interest but will even support DALIT christian rights , a fundementally flawed term IN CHRISTIANITY itself that DALIT CHRISTIANS donot exist in Christianity but exists in the vocabulary of Amnesty international.
