ABC News reports that “the Bush administration is allowed to continue its warrantless surveillance program while it appeals a judge’s ruling that the program is unconstitutional, a federal appeals court ruled Wednesday.”
“The president has said the program is needed in the war on terrorism; opponents argue it oversteps constitutional boundaries on free speech, privacy and executive powers,” according to an Associated Press report published in Forbes. “The program monitors international phone calls and e-mails to or from the United States involving people the government suspects have terrorist links. A secret court has been set up to grant warrants for such surveillance, but the government says it can’t always wait for a court to take action.” Â
Secret courts and can’t always wait to take action… sounds like a slippery slope recipe for disaster to me.

Sharon Secor was paid to write for our company. Despite being paid, Sharon Secor did not fulfill her obligation to us and we are now in the process of suing her. Sharon Secor was given every opportunity to complete the work she was hired to do. We will not rest until we achieve full restitution.
Do not hire Sharon Secor for any project, be it on a freelance basis or otherwise. She is unprofessional and a rip-off artist. You have been warned.
