What we need to introduce for good-governance is local awakening and not a sane dictator. Now there are monitoring organizations like www.voteindia.in who shall empower the citizens to chose the right kind of people. Eventually in my vision we shall see India becoming a place we always wanted to see. i believe in democracy.. i think it is one of the factors that makes India what it is right now.
