Reckless and wicked drivers still killing Pedestrians even who were killed in cruelty , They are still running away without care on law absolutely!What the authorities are doing here?So many victims killed in the streets and on the roads!They should be above the law?As a civilian, what we have to rely on?No law for us?So many road killing disappearing automatically like that?NOW on 7th January 2012 on the zebra crossing , the young man called Ko Soe Min Mg aged at 37 who was an staff working for 24 hours duty was recently crully killed by the Line number 34 ,car no ka -1981 Dina .just wait and see whether the authorities can seek for the truth for the victim ?What is the law?LAW IS WHAT?
