The picture of America in too many US exported films/music is terrible. So many Muslims (and many Catholics and Hindus) are aghast at the decadance.
But much of Islamofascism was born and bred with Marxist/European utopian ideas.
And many Islamic movements are fueled by local resentments.
Pious Muslims probably respect Bush more than Europe, since Bush's Christianity has more in common with their beliefs than secular Europe. But since the press and the European/one world types hate Christianity and Bush few notice this sympathy.
The clash of civilizations will probably occur between secular religion hating Europe and a pious Islam. 
And for all the talk of the caliphate, terrorists with their rigid religious approach will, if not stopped, turn on each other. The Sunni=Shiite hatred fueling the Iraq disorders has little to do with Bush, and goes back a thousand years.</description>
