		<description>The DRC is breathing a sigh of relief. After the Act of Engagement signed in Goma in Jan.2008 and the Nairobi Communique between Rwanda and the DRC something seems to be in the offing as far as peace is concerned.More investment is being directed to the DRC which I think is an healthy gesture indicating the confidence investors have in the efforts by the DRC to pacify. Kindly avail me with your comments on the pacification process in the DRC.
