Joe Francis, founder and chief executive of the ‘Girls Gone Wild’ company, was fined $500,000 yesterday in Los Angeles. It’s the second hefty fine he’s received this month for violating federal record keeping laws that require him to document the ages of young women that appear in his soft porn videos. Earlier this month, Francis’ Florida based company (Mantra Entertainment) agreed to pay $1.6 million in fines for the same offenses.
