I am working as Asst. Prof. in Medical Microbiology. I want to pursue a course fellowship / DM/ DNB in infectious diseases in India. Kindly guide.

my brother is suffering with low fever (99.8 to 101) more than two weeks
he is admitted in apollo hospital
all blood test are normal
either culture of blood is also normal

problem not solved

i am DA DNB anaesthesia . Currently working in critical care. i completely agree the fact that antibiotics, which is the most important part of treatment in critical care, is very badly handled in india and the days are not far when we will have resistance to all antibiotics including Glycopeptides, lipopeptides, Carbapenems, Ext spect pnicilins & betalactamases.so i am really searching for a fellowship in this area to be an authority to handle the antibiotics causiously and effectively.
