Welcome to BloggerNews, Harris. Please tell us about your book.

Going from Undisciplined to Self-Mastery is the roadmap you’ll need to take you from being an unproductive human being to becoming the master of your own fate. It will guide you through the time-proven Five steps needed to help transform your life into what you really want it to be. These steps will help you develop the self-discipline you’ll need in order to live the rest of your life with true purpose. The five steps are based on hundreds of life coaching and organization performance mentoring case studies facilitated by the author. Once you master all five of these steps, you will be able to combat the top issues affecting many people in the world today—I refer to them as The Dirty Dozen:

  • Severe procrastination
  • Failed goals
  • No motivation
  • No sense of urgency
  • Disorganized
  • Lack of structure
  • Not focused
  • Not managing sleep optimally
  • Poor performance
  • Poor time management
  • Lack of energy
  • Inconsistency

Anything else you’d like to say about yourself or your work?

It’s just that the difference between me and other self help experts is that I have walked the talk for 4 decades:

  • Exercises every day of the year
  • Traveled to every continent and hundreds of cities all over the world (some several times)
  • Established several successful businesses
  • Purchased a new car (not used) at the age of 16 and paid cash for it
  • Purchased first home at the age of 19 in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Trained his mind and body to sleep 4 hours a night
  • Was a vice president in my early thirties at a large multi-billion dollar corporation
  • Wear many hats
    • Co-owner of my own imprint (www.cafeconlechebooks.com)
    • Fulltime life coach
    • Fulltime organization mentor
    • IT business consultant
    • Fulltime writer

I attribute this to training my mind at a young age to live life with a sense of urgency.
