Corporations can sue people and take there money with out consequence. Many people whose money they are taking have not a clue to what they are accused of. Like the king of olden times, The corporations have decided to set the public up to take money using the court as a proxy knowing that, like the King, the people cannot afford to defend themselves. I had one such company do this to me. They made up a story and tried to use the court to take my money. You can complain to government that the lawsuit was a fake but they actually do nothing and seem to support the corporations taking from people where no evidence exists that that individual took anything. Not until there is an insurrection against corporate theft will the public be safe from the pilfering by corporations. Myself, I stood to loose everything I worked for in life it I would not have signed an agreement withg a big Television company. And this was a fraudulant court complaint and the company knew it.
