What makes Bozo think the public would believe that he would be telling the truth about what happened to poor Caylee? He said they only knew what was told by the media. He is only going by what Casey told him and we all know she is nothing but a liar. She doesn’t know how to speak the truth. Why would anyone believe what he is telling us?

Besides, he acts as though she wouldn’t lie to him. She needed him to get her set free so she would tell him whatever would benefit her needs. Either that or his whole team took 3 years to drum up this story which we all know had Cindy Anthony involved also. It was clear that Cindy was meeting with them before the trial started probably to get their stories straight.

They should make the whole bunch of them including the legal team take a polygraph test and then see who comes out clean with their stories. Of course you would have to make sure Cindy wasn’t hopped up on her pills first though.

And those that defend the jury here, please remember they said she was found “not guilty” not “innocent” but they were all in too big of a hurry to get home to give the other charges against her a second thought, thinking a “not guilty” verdict on all would send them home fast and it did.

You haters are so blind. And this post is as idiotic as can be. He is on the view getting praises. He is a ny times best selling author, which the author of this writer of this blog clearly is not. The L.A times calls Baez the most sought after criminal defense atty in the country. He won get over it!

I understand that he successfully passed the Bar Exam, which is a written test. However, he was denied admission to the Bar for failure to provide child support and health insurance for his daughter.

I’ve been busy LMAO & sharing the link for the interview, with friends all over the world, & if it ain’t gone viral by now, it’s not because I haven’t tried!!! It just doesn’t get any better than this, & the best part is that bozo doesn’t realize he’s getting his ass handed to him on a platter till the very end, & he finally hangs up, but by then, it’s too late, & we all get a huge laugh & a great feeling of satisfaction, that bozo finally got a small hint of how we feel about him & skank. bozo really sounded clueless, when he said he did his job. bozo did NOT win the case. The jury of 12 morons wasn’t a jury that wanted to do the right thing, or skank would have gotten at least 30 years. They were selfish & they only wanted to go home, so they refused to sit & talk to the media right after the verdict, because they sneaked out, with their tails between their legs. They didn’t want to be seen or interviewed as to WHY they didn’t examine the evidence or ask questions about anything concerning the case. I hope they are still getting a lot of negative feedback for their failure to give Caylee justice. They failed her & us. I hope the next big case bozo falls into, he loses, & he fades back into obscurity, or ends up getting disbarred. Lord knows there were plenty of complaints over his actions, & he should have been heavily fined & suspended, but he wasn’t, so it’s left to us, as the public, to make sure he knows we don’t want anything to do with him or his book. I thik he may be starting to get the message. His book ain’t selling. He’s got a book signing scheduled for Coral Gables, probably to see if anyone shows up. I’m not anywhere near Florida, so I won’t be there, but I’d go & watch. I wouldn’t buy his book, & I wouldn’t take a free copy either. the only reason he won the cas is because he has Cheney mason but if he was on his own without the help of the other attorneys he would not have won the case…..i remember an interview Cheney Mason did when she was first arrested and he believed she was Gulty

Pre-warning: The following piece should not be considered the reason to excuse that NOT GUILTY verdict, which was/is an unquestionably corrupt verdict handed out by a ‘jury’ (12 PINELLAS greedy-to-no-end F**KING CRIMINALS) in exchange for blood money. That being said, i’d like to put it out there to strike up a dialog/discussion regarding the low and dirty role the anF**kny-clan played in the 3yr long investigation and the trial.

The defense could never have pulled this dirty trick through without the collaboration of the anF**kny-clan, whose role in this whole tragedy definitely thickened the plot, left people wonder where the anF**knys stand in terms of their testimony, whose side are they on? Are they helping the prosecution or the defense?

From day one, the whole anF**kny-clan was/is on the side of the child-murderer, dont ever doubt it.

For 3 years, especially after having realized very quickly that one of their own family member were accused of murder, the anF**knys have all been doing everything they could to help the child-murderer, spewing lies and lousy excuses (in depositions and on media interviews) to explain away the dead smell in the car trunk, the 31 days of party orgy, the party pictures, the lies, the BELLA VITA tattoo … to explain away pretty much EVERYTHING. Whatever question/doubt/suspicion the public had about ‘ms kc anF**kny’, the anF**kny-clan, Gorge/$INdy-anF**kny, always had an impeccable explanation to counter. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to anticipate the anF**kny-clan shall stick together against the world when their daughter/sister is accused of murder. Sadly, it is the human nature (which can be beautiful and ugly, depends on the circumstances), the instinct will of protecting ones family at any cost. In this particular case/circumstance, the price the anF**knys paid to protect their family was JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE.

It shouldn’t be hard, at least not impossible to imagine JOSE BS saying this to the anF**knys, ‘Look, I can save your daughter’s life, but you’d have to cut an arm or a leg.’ And the anF**knys would reply, ‘GO AHEAD, TAKE BOTH!’ … Only at that time before the trial, we the public had no means to foresee how far and how low they would go. JOSE BS’s opening statement revealed that perspective, that in order to get the child-murderer off the hook, they went as low as to throwing the 3yr-old victim herself under the bus along with everybody else, the nanny, the father/grandfather, Roy Kronk, the police, the FBI, the state experts, even the cadaver dogs! By claiming ‘Caylee accidentally drowned’, they actually were claiming that ‘Caylee had no one else but HERSELF to blame for her sudden death.’ — That, is how far and low they went in the name of defense.

The family members’ testimonies have mostly, if not all, been recorded and sealed over the course of the 3-yr-investigation, so in the trial, there was very little room left for the anF**knys to backtrack, to maneuver or to recant. BUT, as we all have seen it through out the trial process, somehow every anF**kny on the witness stand suddenly suffered a ‘memory loss attack’, their memories all conveniently faded, deteriorated, or suddenly became better (with BETTER pills like $INdy anF**kny claimed?), at the time and place whenever wherever it would benefit the defendant.

$INdy-anF**ky was the most obvious, she was more than 100% determined and devoted to her goal – ‘I will do everything in my power to save my daughter’. (I’ve lost my granddaughter, I sure as hell aint gonna lose my daughter too, I don’t care what the F**k she’s done. – That’s $INdy-anF**kny’s state of mind, for being a mother. Simple as that.) On the witness stand, she went on lying whenever, wherever, about whatever she could, such as the date of the pool ladder being found attached, the sinister computer searches, the dead smell in the car trunk, about what she’d said in her infamous 9-11 call, etc. $INdy-anF**kny even committed perjury in the trial. That’s one big red flag ignored by the ‘jury’, the 12 PINELLAS F**KEDUPS.

Lee-anF**kny was not 100% in on it (no one can blame him, his sister accused him of molestation), that was why he burst into tears on the witness stand. — What guy in the world would cry a river in public over a baby-shower (which took place 6-yrs earlier) that he wasn’t invited to? Lee-anF**kny never came off as a Sissy until he was put on the witness stand in the murder trial of ‘kc anF**kny’. He had to lie for his sister because his mother wanted him to, insisted him to, ordered him to. He only did it for Mommy Dearest. … But agreeing to lying for his sister is one thing, it’s totally another thing when he was actually sitting on the stand, actually spewing the lies. It was killing him inside that he was betraying Caylee. Every lie coming out from his mouth felt like a knife in his hand, cutting on Caylee’s lifeless body over and over. — Oh yes, Lee-anF**kny’s tears were REAL alright, but the tears were not over the reasons he’d stated on the witness stand.

Now, Gorge-anF**kny’s part/role in this whole scam was much more complicated, tricky, and it was definitely designed not to be obvious. And he played along with his daughter’s defense lawyer JOSE BS in full cooperation.

First of all, (according to their lawyer Mr. Lippman) 6 weeks before the trial, they were informed of the defense strategy, that JOSE BS was gonna accuse Gorge-anF**kny of ‘child sexual abuse’ in the trial. For six weeks, the anF**knys were sitting on this information and didn’t do anything to stop this false accusation. … Then of course Gorge would go the court and deny it. The trick here is they played the human mentality, once such accusation is put out there, the suspicion is rooted in people’s head, ‘damn he do, damn he dont’. The scum defense lawyers had all the good reasons to be confidant, to count on that any jury would definitely chalk it up to ‘They all deny it don’t they?’ … The purpose of this accusation was two folded, 1, to explain away the party orgy the defendant had enjoyed for 31 days right after Caylee’s death, 2, to destroy Gorge-anF**kny’s credibility. – ‘damn he do, damn he dont’.

Secondly, about the duct-tape attached to one of the gas cans. He could have simply explained, ‘Yes, at one time or another in those 6 months, I did put the duct-tape on the gas can, since it’s my gas can, my duct-tape, I dont see what reason I shouldn’t do anything with my own stuff. … I didn’t know 5 or 6 months later my granddaughter would be found with her mouth and nose duct-taped.’ – Yet, for hours on the stand, this Gorge-anF**kny was playing cat-n-mouse with JOSE BS, made it appeared as if he did have something to hide.

Thirdly, about their denial of their daughter’s pregnancy. They both could have straightened it up to the jury, ‘Yes, we were in denial! Who wouldn’t be? … Our 19 yr-old was knocked up by God-knows-who, the worst part in this humiliation is that my daughter herself didn’t even know who knocked her up, are you surprised that we didn’t want to go around bragging and trumpet?’ Yet the same cat-n-mouse game were put up just to muddy up the water, to plant this so-called ‘doubt’, which actually sounded more of an excuse — This family is sooooo obvioulsy dysfunctional. … Look, they even deny the fact while that their daughter’s belly bulged up right in front of their faces. … Now you can see from where the defendant had learned to lie.

Finally, it’s the affair. He could have owned up to it. Let’s face it, he did have that affair. What married man would go to a woman’s place alone, over and over, to just comfort the woman? Not to mention this married man had a heartbroken wife at home needed his comfort. Everywhere you turn you find married men cheating on their wives, Gorge-anF**kny was not the first cheating-bastard lived, not the last one either. Had he admitted the affair, any reasonable jury would have understood it, and awarded him the credit of being honest. But making Gorge-anF**kny an honest man was the last thing they desired to accomplish in that trail. Gorge-anF**kny was programmed to deny the affair, so the defense were given the chance to nail his ass with the explicit cellphone message reading ‘I need you in my life, I miss you, I want you.’ The real hidden message in this move that Gorge-anF**kny wanted to convey to the jury was, ‘Ooops, i am busted with more lies, AGAIN! I am one lying cheating child-molesting bastard. I am no trust worthy.’

Furthermore, by owning up to the affair, not only that Gorge-anF**kny could have built up his credibility, he also could have cleared this ‘It’s an accident.’ statement he allegedly had confided to his mistress. — Yes, I did say that, because when I finally came to facing the reality and went through the timeline in my head — which is that my daughter was the lost one I saw with Caylee alive on June 16, 2008, … 7 hrs later my daughter showed up at her boyfriend’s ALONE, and spent the next 20 hrs with him in his apartment. IF Caylee was still alive during that 20hrs, a toddler would have needed food, water, a bed to sleep and care. Therefore it’s only logical to conclude that Caylee must have died within that 7 hrs on that Monday afternoon — the only logical conclusion is that my daughter was responsible for Caylee’s death or at least had something to do with Caylee’s death. As the father to the defendant AND the grandfather to the victim, I was dying to HOPE, I was forcing myself to believe, that this was some accident, that my daughter didn’t mean to kill Caylee!

IF, this Gorge-anF**kny really meant to ‘find the truth, to get justice for Caylee’, all these issues he could have come clean with the jury. In stead, he just had to be evasive, combative, … while actually what he was doing was, just like his wife, to help the defense in building their theory, or excuse, that ‘poor kc’ is the victim of a morbidly dysfunctional family. By being evasive and combative with the defense, denying everything, Gorge anF**kny didn’t even have to verbally admit to the ‘child sexual abuse’ accusation, he admitted, he earned, this accusation by deliberately, intentionally destroying his own credibility.

I once felt deeply sorry for the ‘Anthony family’ for losing Caylee, I really did. But not anymore, not since the day $INdy-anF**kny perjured herself to help her child-murdering piece-of-shit-daughter. They went too far, too low. They played in the court, they mocked the justice system, they F**ked the public. If the accused had not been one of their own, they would never have wanted to pull any of these dirty low wiles. … They’d have been in that courtroom every single day with Caylee’ s picture in their hands. They would have come out of the court house in tears, screaming, crying to the public on that ‘NOT GUILTY’ verdict, condemning that corrupt verdict, and demanding justice for Caylee.

Time heals all wounds (especially the wounds inflected by your own children). 3 long years after losing Caylee, with their own daughter charged with the murder, by the time the trail started, the anF**kny-clan had come to the point where they no longer want the truth, no longer want justice for Caylee. When the anF**knys walked into that courtroom from day one of the trial, all they wanted was one thing, one thing only, to help their daughter to get away with a calculated, coldblooded murder. PERIOD.
