Midsomer Murders, Set 20 is part of a famous British TV mysteries where Midsomer County’s Detective Chief Inspector Tom Barnaby (John Nettles) has been with the county for decades but he is now ready for retirement but before he hands over the job to his cousin, DCI John Barnaby (Neil Dudgeon), he takes on his final cases in these four mysteries.

We see it all in this set, such as murders, blackmail, betrayal and greed. Barnaby investigates a public scandal that is 20 years old, violent plans to stop the development in a quaint village and a murder at a local spa.

Midsomer Murders, Set 20 includes four different mysteries:

1.    Master Class – There is competition over a prestigious music class that uncovers a long kept secret.

2.    The Noble Art –A Championship boxing match becomes deadly while it is being reenacted.

3.    Not In My Back Yard – A String of murders seem to pop up when there is a clash over property development.

4.    Fit For Murder – The Barnaby’s weekend at the spa is interrupted after a gruesome discovery is made.

Midsomer Murders was first aired in the U.K. in March 1997. There has been more than ninety feature length episodes and there are new episodes in production still. It has been seen here in the U.S. on A&E and The Biography Channel, but episodes in Set 19 are the second part of Series 13 which never was broadcasted in the U.S.
