Oh that’s right, it’s the state of Florida. It simply amazes me how these people were not charged with obstruction of justice, lying to police officer nor perjury. This family got exactly what they wanted, to all be together with no consequences paid for their dead grandchild. They should file for royalties for the next new scholastic book of “How to Manipulate the System and Win”.

That said, I don’t understand why this *birdie* isn’t tell authorities or why holly isn’t telling authorities but instead, just posting what this individual says on her blog.

I am beginning to think its no coincidence that casey’s videos appeared on the briley’s blog but that they are actually working WITH casey & the other anthony’s.

I still have faith that Caylee will get her justice. It is just taking a bit longer. The day the verdict was handed down, the lightning struck the tree out near where Caylee’s remains were found. I think that was a sign. *wink

Since I am here, I understand the appellate court is putting the pressure on Cheney Mason and Lizabeth Fryer to file the proper legal documents so they can proceed with Casey’s appeal of those four charges of lying. Until this issue is settled, the civil suit filed by Morgan re Zenaida Gonzalez will not be able to go forward. Mason and Fryer are using every tactic in their arsenal to create delays. Now they are saying that the court stenos are too backed up to handle the transcripts. Fryer dumped thousands of documents re the appeal in the hands of the appellate court. It will take them months to examine them. This is all just another ploy.

I believe that Zenaida’s trial was to be in May but Matt Morgan is saying that he may have to have it set forward. I am surprised the civil judge hasn’t thown the case out.

I have been commenting at Marinade’s blog since Dec/08 and I did not find his comments disgusting. I guess it is what we, as individuals, read into them. I was ridiculed because it was me who wanted to peek under Stan Strickland’s robe. I was curious to see if he wore blue jeans or polka dot boxers. I find a bit of humor once in awhile is a reprieve from discussing the dire circumstances of such a sad case.

We took Caylee into our hearts and prayed she would have justice but unfortunately 12 jurors felt otherwise. Before all this is over, she may just get that.

I think if you really knew Marinade Dave, you would find him quite harmless. LOL I keep a close eye on him and make him behave if he tends to get out of line. I guess that we have to put up with his little quirks because he does excel in his writing great articles.

I said *most men*, because I see all these men post such things as *casey is hot…I’d do her*. I read articles where most men have said casey is innocent because she appeals to them.

This case is about an innocent 2 year old child that was murdered. How *hot* the parent might be is not the issue. I don’t have an issue with men, its just that they are salivating about her looks rather than what she has done.

Its NOT ok to steal, lie, or destroy or cover up evidence of a crime. I cannot give someone a FREE PASS on that. It has nothing to do with judging, its WRONG and against the law.

As for Marinade Dave…I’ve been to his site, even participated and was sickened by some of his comments. I saw & read them….this wasn’t second hand information. Some of them were disgusting, sexually debasing & they objectified women. I saw them with my own eyes. Then he would erase them, start over, do the same thing, then erase & start over again. His blog….he can do what he wants, but I know what I read and saw.

I took umbrage at the following remarks made by Ginger…thus..

There is no place in my comments that I praised the Anthonys. I try to use a bit of logic when discussing this case.

I can see that you bring a lot of emotion from your own personal experiences and they are displayed in your comments. I do not fault you for that. That is your right.

One one hand you use the word, ‘God’ and on the other you ‘judge’ Marinade Dave and the majority of men in an unfavorable way. I think people should be addressed by their proper names regardless of how we feel about them.

Now the above is being addressed to Ginger but if you and see are the same person, then read and heed.

I have kids & I have grandkids. One of my children is raising 6 kids by themselves while suffering a very debilitating kidney disease but she hasn’t killed ANY of her kids because they are an inconvenience to her. And as much as I love my children, if one of them killed one of my grandchildren, there is NO WAY I would wash evidence or clean out the car so NO EVIDENCE could be found.

I have been following this case from the beginning. When cindy went to court in the very beginning, she looked at casey and said “there is NO evidence…” which looks like she is saying she CLEANED it all up & disposed of it.

You can praise these people all you want….I choose not to.

George repeatedly said that he kept the doors to his outside sheds locked. This is why Tony Lazarro had to break a lock off with a tire iron to get the gas for Casey back on June 23/08. This is also the reason that Casey had to go next door to borrow a shovel.

Judging by the tone of your comments regarding the Anthonys, I can see where YOU would feel justified in making such remarks regarding a person who has followed this case in depth. You tend to be quite biased in your opinions. You know exactly how the Anthonys should have conducted themselves and you have even doled out their punishment for not doing so.

Some blogs do not appreciate those who use the words Bozo, skank etc. Am I hitting a sore spot?

The scheme team, anthonys, and casey of course ALL need to go to jail for covering all this up! I hope they all think the skank is worth it when they appear before God to explain why they did this.

Jeff Ashton WAS NOT the lead attorney!! How do you accuse him of complete incompetence, neglect and malpractice, because you think (think being the key word) of writing a book during the trial. If I were Mr. Ashton I would take great umbrage to your unvalidated and malicious allegations.
