According to the police a 20 month old girl, Savannah Scheideler was taken by her biological father, Gregory Vincent Daniels from the Chuck E. Cheese in Humble Texas, Sunday around 7:05 p.m. An Amber alert was issued this morning according to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
The child is described as a white female that is about 33 inches tall. She weighs about 27 pounds. She has red hair that is shoulder length which is straight at the top but curly on the bottom.
Savannah is a very sick little girl right now. She has pinkeye in both of her eyes. She has an ear infection, an upper respiratory infection and a severe cough. When she was last seen she was wearing a blue plaid long-sleeve shirt with a pocket on the left front side that has a studded heart on it. She had on blue jeans and black strap shoes. She has a gold earring in her left ear but the earring from her right ear is missing.
Savannah also has a bruise on the right side of her forehead, a small scratch on her chin, a crescent moon scar on the back of her right shoulder and a brown spot birth mark on the left side of her rib cage. She also had a pink princess blanket with her the last time she was seen.
Daniels, who is 31 years old, was seen at the Chuck E. Cheese carrying Savannah and putting her in the back seat of a dark or black 4-door sedan with a rear spoiler, which could possibly be a Ford Taurus being driven by someone else.
Daniels is described as a black male. He is about 6 ft tall and he weighs about 200 pounds. He is said to have a light complexion, and he has a bald head and unshaven face. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white dress shirt.
Records show that Daniels has a history of violence and he is currently in violation of a temporary restraining order. He does not share custody of his daughter but he only has limited and supervised visitation with her. Daniels told the supervisor handling the visit with the child Sunday that he had a present for his daughter in his car and even though they weren’t comfortable with him taking his daughter outside he scooped her up and left the restaurant after putting her in the car.
Unfortunately there is no picture available of Savannah but going by the description given of her hopefully someone will see her. If you do, please contact the police or you can call the Harris County District Attorney’s Office at 713-755-5892. I pray this child is found safe and unharmed and returned to her family. May God be with her!
Update:Â Savannah Skye Scheideler was found in Montgomery County and is in the custody of county law officers.
