This is the video that shows our City Manager, Stephen Pauken, gutting the academic and experiential requirements for city staff.  The two main beneficiaries are Jennifer Graeme, who is un-degreed, but hold the position of Pauken’s Administrative Assistant, and John Charley, who has neither a degree in planning and development, nor any job experience in urban planning or development.  John Charley and Jennifer Graeme share the employment attribute of being the grateful recipients of corrupt hiring practices.  Rather than address the problem, and fire the two people, we are re-writing the city code to keep them in jobs for which they are not qualified.Watch, and see how this resolution is being railroaded through by the City Manager.  There are claims by the Fab Four on council, (the Mayor, Luche, Maynard, and Jack) that like the PATRIOT Act, we can always go back later and fix the problems.  In the mean time, John Charley and Jennifer Graeme will continue to hold jobs for which they have no legitimate credentials,.
