The rebuilding of New Orleans gives room for a lot of speculation — what the new city will look like aesthetically and demographically, etc. This can’t be a good sign; prostitutes are seeing a boom in business as construction crews come to work on the city.

Of course, the activity will probably calm back down when the construction workers leave and new residents move in, but this certainly isn’t anything to be proud of.
