Twelve jurors said Not Guilty, Twelve million trial watchers are not so sure. There really is only one fact, Caylee Anthony is dead. Caylee Anthony has been passed over by our justice system. She is no more than a bag of bones put in some trash bags. Is this what our justice system is about? I like to think that we are above this, but we have to accept the fact that the Jury returned a Not Guilty verdict.
It is easy to pick targets, targets that people want to hit. But not all of the targets are valid. I have said many things about many cases, I am happy to take criticism, I am less happy when people try to attack my family. They had nothing to do with it.
Apparently the Casey Anthony must be guilty mob have found a new target. Lets all pick on Cheney Mason’s wife. Where is the sense in this?
This is boring, pointless, and childish. This woman has done nothing. But lets beat her anyway!
It is time that all the ‘arm chair quarterbacks’ moved on. Yes, everyone can make a difference, consider moving from being ‘reactive’ to ‘proactive’. Make friends with your neighbors, get to know them.
Caylee Anthony is a tragedy, but lets learn from it, not assign blame to people who have nothing to do with the case.
There are still many Law Suits and issues associated with this case. It will take years to resolve them all. I see merit in some, and less merit in others. But the one thing I do know is that people who are not associated with the case should not be hounded.

Our legal system, despite some flaws, must be respected!
It appalls me to think that there are such rude and down right evil people out there that think it is acceptable to act in such a manner and at the same time claim that they are out of ‘justice for Caylee’ and blah blog on about ‘karma’. How ironic.
So called ‘justice for Caylee’ will not be had – ever – in the minds of these people.
The Defense did their jobs and they won their case weather we agree with that outcome or not… Casey Anthony was given due process of the law.
I for one think that Casey was culpable in the death of her child… that is my opinion… but I will never know the truth… I must accept that and move on. So must we all.
To quote Lawson Lamar, Caylee Anthony was only one of ”eleven child murder cases” that the Orlando County Prosecutors were working on at this time.
That simple over looked statement is the real issue that we need to focus on! Every day a child is abused and/or dies at the very hands of the ones sworn to protect them. G*d and the future of humanity will condemn us all if such is to continue.
Finally, people with some common sense.
ITA but (with a big but here it comes) not one of them should be allowed to profit on this case (caylee) I believe all will suffer if they do not get any deal for books movies interviews etc. And the public can and will stop that. They have done it before, Mike Vick,OJ,Tiger Woods, and many more. Let Casey try to get a job in this economy and live her beautiful life, yeah we are all living it up on unemployment with no prospects for the future. I believe Casey making money is a slap in the face to all law abiding hard working people who are now suffering financially. jmo

I guess Cindy and George through their lawyer are still trying to get money for a foundation. Of course according to the lawyer they will be working but not paid a salary by the foundation. Sure, people fell for that one when they bought that boat LOL Guess they cant make money along side Casey since she wont talk to them so this comes out. There are other people who run foundations to help find missing children that could use the money spent on looking for a child Casey knew was in the woods. jmo

True the jury was pathrtic but I dont feel they should be harrassed either. I also feel they shouldnt be trying to profit for serving their civic duty either. There is nothing in the Constitution that says you have the right to sell your story of serving on a jury. In fact it could cause people to serve and sway either guilt or not guilty in hopes of a bigger pay off for their story. Do you think anyone would care about their story if they had found her guilty? Thanks for this article. I for one absoutely do not agree with the verdict. The jury should not be threatened or harrassed. Any family member of these attorneys should not be threatened or harrassed either. I also do not agree the jury should be allowed to profit off doing their civic duty. It is shameful.It is horrible to think a jury will worry about filling their bank accounts instead of looking to find justice for the dead victims.
I will follow in order to boycott Casey and her attorneys for making a penny on the death of Caylee.Cheney Mason said today he was suprised at the verdict. When asked if he thought Casey was guilty he said it was possible and something about going to Venus. He claims there are no interviews,book deals at the moment. Do I believe him? No! I will keep an eye on it and ready to boycott.
I do think that the Attorneys and possibly the jurors could of still made money for their stories following the trial even if she were found guilty, but no near as much as the NOT GUILTY verdict that was handed down.
Please continue to be a voice for Caylee and do not let them profit on her death. Caylee needs to be remembered and not to have died in vain.

Tobias, I agree it is shameful! I watched a biography on Casey Anthony last night on the bio channel. Cindy has covered and enabled her daughter since the day she was born. Who knows Tobias your dream still may come true. JMO
Cindy trademarked Caylees name for a reason. Casey cant use it without her permission or anyone else for that matter. Royalties and contracts for anyone who has the trademark.

Have any of you read Cindy’s deposition? She really shows what a devious and mental person she is. I still can’t get over how she tried to implicate Jesse, Amy, Ricardo, Tony and sooo many others! Saying that George and Lee were ”investigating” these people and that is was SHE who brought in the FBI and Kid Finders! We all know that all the people who got involved with the Anthonys had a little bit of scum rubbed right in their faces. Just wait for Casey’s ”Story.” Cindy admitted in her deposition that she, Casey and Lee were all ”writers”! Surprise, Surprise! I didnt follow this case until the trial and just now watched Cindys interviews with the police. Clearly this woman does not live in reality as far as her daughter is concerned.
She acted very non chalant(sic) when they told her all of those people were not real, that Casey lied about working etc. Its unreal, anyone else would have been saying what do you mean they arent real? She should be wondering if her daughter has gone mental. jmo

13. “Experts” – legal, psych, body language, K9, missing child advocates, etc.
14. Media representatives, agents, attorneys
15. Countless other smaller potatoes who earned more than most of us earn in our annual net income.
Do you have any idea how many HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of dollars that is?
I’m not saying Casey or her parents “deserve” anything. Nor am I laying the blame solely on media.
Regrettably we – you and I – helped drive the ratings up, encouraging media to give us more, more, more – no matter how much truth or relevance their stories contained, how incredible (as in not credible), ill-informed, & just plain ridiculous some of the guests, interviewees, experts, panelists, callers were. As a matter of fact, we ate it up. The more outrageous the “baaahmbshayell’ was, the more we longed to know more.
For what? Entertainment, pure and simple. No different than watching Big Brother, The Bachelor, WWE, or college football. (I am intentionally excluding soap operas because at least they don’t pretend to be real life and no one really gets hurt, physically or emotionally.)
If Casey or Cindy or Jesse or Dominic or Jose’ or Roy want to write a book or do a paid interview or Lifetime Network docudrama, more power to them. Why shouldn’t the ones who suffered the loss of a child or the harch glare of the media and the public be at least as entitled to profit at least as much as the people and entities who made a living off of their personal lives for three years?
As “evil” as any of them may or may not be, they aren’t going to hold a gun to your head and force you to buy or watch whatever they are selling.
And FWIW, I think they all have been punished enough for one lifetime.

You’re all good people and I believe you can make a tremendous difference in your own communities and the world. Try it. You might find it just as fulfilling as stressing and swearing over the Anthony case.
Oops, I forgot to mention that some of the above is based on my own personal opinions.
As far as Mr. & Mrs. Anthony going on a cruise, think about this: for three very long years they have never had the option of stepping away from the case however briefly. They will never be able to fill the void in their lives where Caylee used to be, regardless of the deluxe travel accommodations. They won’t enjoy the luxury of anonymity for years to come.
They have lived through what none of us would wish on our worst enemy. Who are we to wish for another person a life completely devoid of joy or happiness?
As far as I know, only God and a person’s own thoughts are entitled to condemn that person to a life of pain and misery and God tends to want His People to have lives of hope and joy. He’s pretty good at that forgiveness stuff.
Go in peace with the Lord or your own conscience, whichever means more to you. Love one another or at least try to be kind.
