why is it jose is so quick to shoot down the death band hair when its caseys defense george had the car and hid caylees body. In court he acted as if it was junk science that it didnt matter, but it does, from her defense, they admitted caylee died in the pool but they claim george took the car and buried her. So Im confused. why argue over a death band hair that belongs to caylee if george put her in casey’s car and buried her body.

I too agree the date mixup has been a mystery to me also as well as the gas can. Don’t understand the big deal about the gas can. George has admitted he called police about his building being broken into and that he took the gas can to pick Casey’s car up in case it was out of gas, which is was and that he put a piece of duct tape on it. But what am I missing that keeps everyone talking about the gas can? My big question is: How could Cindy who appears to be on top of everything going on down to how many teeth Caylee had that she didn’t know Casey was not and and had not worked for a few years? She wouldn’t have had any money to buy gas, food, clothes, anything for Caylee or herself without a job, so Cindy or George had to be giving her money just to drive around much less the other things I mentoned. Nothing has been said as to Casey doing anything else to get money other than stealing Amy’s checks but that was during the time Caylee was missing and it could not have been thousands of dollsrs I don’t believe Everywhere they show her going she is spending money. This all makes no sense to me that she could get away that long with no job without her parents at least wonder what she does with her money and they more than likely included her on their filing of Income tax since she still lived at home and even the car was in their name. My grandaughter lives at home at 19 goes to college and works too and her parents include her when doing their taxes. She doens’t have a child to file for maybe that’s the differences? I guess none of this has anything to do with Caylee but I just find it hard to believe that Cindy, George, or Lee had not figured out in that length of time that Casey didn’t work and where was she going with Caylee when she said she was working???Her lies that they had to some how knew about. This had bugged me the whole time this has been going on and how Cindy would still be repeating things like she truly still believes Casey worked at Universal naming her friends, boss that she says she read email from. Please is there anyone but me that thinks this is strange? This wasn’t something that had just started, it had been going on for two years that she had said she was an event planner at Universal and she hadn’t worked there since 2006 and Caylee died in 2008. Help me out with why no one in her family did not know she wasn’t working unless she was getting money in a way we don’t talk about and therefore Cindy never had to doubt her having a job if she had money. I do think she had more money than that $500 or ever how much she stole for Amy. Her one receipt at Target was over $300 and she still was shopping. How in the world did Amy not know ahead that someone was taking money from her account? Even in Putero Rico I would think she would have used her debit card which gives your balance. She appears to be a smart girl and she couldn’t be loaded or she would not be living with two other people and waiting to move in Casey’s parents home. So she didn’t even know for weeks that she was broke. Hello? Guess who will go down in history for being the biggest and best lier of all time?Yes she may have gotten caught but has not been convicted as of today. She had Jose and Chaney Masey believing her story and most likely the jurors. Guess we will find out. I do not think they will find her guilty to receive the death sentence. Baez had done a good job in getting reasonable doubt in with the State’s own wittness saying that you can’t for sure say that one hair belong to only a dead human being. Can’t believe the State called someone they didn’t know what they were going to say but hey Lee wasn’t prepared either. I know they can’t lead them but they could have just went over their other statemnts they had given so they would have known what to ask or not ask. Didn’t appear they knew either. Jose is a crooked attorney in my opinon but hey, he’s is getting that reasonable doubt in I believe and thats all it takes is one. He even got in that George had keys to Casey’s car and the State didn’t even ask Lee or Cindy didn’t they too have keys and they knew they did but didn’t ask and now it looks to the jury that George was the only one that had other keys. Remember the Juror’s don’t know all we know or so they swore. Sorry I didn’t mean to write a book but would love to hear from anyone. Thanksand Pray for justice for Caylee be done.

I believe the reason is the duct tape. If the duct tape on the gas can was put there after Caylee had been taped up the tear pattern would match the next tear ( piece taken off gas can) The finger prints would just show who last used the gas can. jmo

I believe yesterday they spoke of luinol in the trunk and found no blood. They were saying something to the effect when in decompsition stages that DNA is not found inbodily fluids.
Tobias I believe you are corect about the tape on the gas can. The defense pushed that because Georges prints would have been the last one to touch the can until it was turned in for evidence.I believe Casey had already used the items from the home to dispose of Caylee on the 18th of June when the neighbor saw her at the home whn no one else as there. I beliee Caylee was just lying in the trunk prior to the 18th.jmo

I am furious that the judge allowed Casey to leave sick. she should be forced to look at what she did. Caylee didn’t get a pain break. The attorneys setup this up to sway the jury. I pray it didn’t work. It didn’t work on me. I am really mad. The judge should have had her blood pressure taken,etc before allowing her to leave. She is nothing but a lier and this is part of her lies.
