This past week has been anything but boring in the case of the Casey Anthony Murder trial. Casey Anthony is the mother of little 2 year old Caylee Marie Anthony from Orlando Florida that was reported missing on July 15, 2008 by the child’s grandmother.
The shocking part of the case began with the fact that the child had apparently been missing for a month before anyone bothered to call and report it. The mother claimed the last she saw of her daughter was when she dropped her off with the nanny on her way to work that morning. It didn’t take long for the police to discover that the mother didn’t even have a job like she claimed and eventually the events began to unravel and the mother was finally arrested for first degree murder and the state is asking for the death penalty should she be found guilty.
The child’s remains were found in a wooded area within walking distance of the Anthony family home in Orlando on December 11, 2008. Caylee had been placed inside a laundry bag with duct tape across her face which was then placed inside a garbage bag and dumped into the woods like she was yesterday’s garbage.
Now almost three years later we are finally seeing the case go to court in what they call the jury selection phase, which was forced to take place outside the Orlando area where the crime began because of claims that Anthony would not receive a fair trial. .
By some of the questioning put forth to the prospective jurors, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out where the defense is planning to take this in the case that their client is found guilty. It appears they are leaning towards blaming George and Cindy Anthony for Casey’s problems, saying she was raised in a verbally and sexually abusive home. I guess we are supposed to weep for poor little Casey now.
WRONG! I know I won’t be because I don’t believe for one minute anything she has said. Sure everyone that has followed this case knows that there is a problem in this family but I don’t think for one minute that Casey was any sort of a victim here. She was always spoiled and always protected no matter what she did wrong. Her mother was always there to get her out of things and now that it is out of her mother’s hands, Casey is lashing out at them.
The jury selection started on Monday, March 9, 2011. Everything was going slow but it was business as usual until an appearance of a new face on the defense team showed up Thursday. Apparently the defense has hired a mitigation specialist to find information about Anthony’s life that could help the defense if Casey is found guilty.
Normally this could be expected since it has been clear about what angle the defense has planned here but the person they had joining them is what shocks everyone. Her name is Rosalie Bolin. Now to ordinary people this name would mean nothing but it is a name that is only too familiar to the people in the Tampa, Florida area.
Rosalie Bolin worked for the Hillsborough County’s Public Defender Office as a death penalty mitigation expert. She is listed as a regional director for the Florida Capital Resource Center. Information given on her from the non-profit organization’s website says she has been involved in more than 700 murder cases in 20 counties in Florida.
It is reported that Bolin, who was once married to a prominent Tampa attorney, while working as the death penalty mitigation expert, she was ultimately forced to leave because she was spending way too much time on the Oscar Ray Bolin case. It wasn’t long after she was dismissed from the case that she and Oscar Bolin were married in a ceremony that took place by telephone.
Oscar Bolin is a convicted serial killer that is now on death row after he was convicted of killing 26 year old Teri Lynn Matthews in 1986. Her lifeless body was found wrapped in a wet sheet near railroad tracks. It was apparent that she has been raped, beaten and then stabbed. He has also been charged with the murders of 25 year old Natalie Blanche Holley and 17 year old Stephanie Collins.
Way to go Jose (Bozo) Baez. You have just added more to the circus gang you call Casey Anthony’s defense team. Of course Bozo declined to comment on the addition of Bolin to his team but Radar Online is reporting that Bolin herself told a reporter, “It should be obvious what I’m doing here.â€
What does that tell us? I guess each of us can take that to mean what we want to think.
Hopefully the actual Casey Anthony murder trial will start this coming week. A lot of people are waiting and praying that little Caylee Marie Anthony will finally be getting justice. She deserves it. She is the only victim here, not her mother as the defense team is trying to make us believe. Caylee is the one that has suffered in all this. I pray she will finally get her justice. God bless little Caylee and may she soon be able to rest in peace.

Great article, it shows us Bozo is now at the bottom of the Apple Barrel picking the left overs. Just what I would want on my team someone that did not care about her own kids. And I just love the winner Bozo picked. (NOT)
Since I am a Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandma I would give my life to protect any of them, how could anyone just walk away from their children. You would half to be heartless to do this.
But when I look at this case it fits right in they have all been heartless in protecting Caylee and finding justice for her. Caylee has a name but they continue to say that little girl. Caylee has a name and we will never forget it.
We are called No Life Bloggers, but that is another false statement we are caring people that love Caylee even though we have not met her or will ever see her grow up.
I know we all have a life but we also have love in our hearts for a baby that has been forgotten by some, and we all know who they are that have forgotten her.
RIP Caylee, Justice is coming.

I hope it will not be long before Baez realizes he is not able to lie to the entire world. Nancy Grace will have the last laugh on him and she will share his picture. I am waiting!
If there’s one thing that really bothers me about this case is that I keep reading over and over that Caylee was missing for 31 days. Caylee was NEVER missing. Casey knew exactly where Caylee she was at all times. She was only missing in the sense that a lie was created by Casey which escalated into a Nanny kidnapping scenario to explain Caylee’s absense. I hope the jurors aren’t confused by that. I also have to give JB some credit. For three years he’s been putting up with Casey Anthony’s whining and wanting to run the show and I’m sure she blames him for every motion that has been denied. I don’t think there’s too many attorneys that want to be co-counsel on her defense. Maybe the reason alot of us don’t like him is because we don’t like Casey. I watch him in court trying to make a point and it looks like he’s lost at sea. But he’s trying. I hope there will be a life size picture of Caylee displayed during the trial. That would be good for the jurors and Casey.
Let me tell you one thing…. I am a single mom to 3 kids, I have followed this case from the second it broke. One thing I heard to defend Casey is that maybe she was a single mom and could not deal with the pressures of it and also the pictures they saw of her partying while caylee was missing was because shes young and thats the only way she knew how to deal with it? bullshit….I have had a situation happen to me where my ex took my son and his phone died so he could not call me to tell me he was going to be late. I was sick to my stomach and CALLED THE COPS RIGHT AWAY. I HOPE she gets the death penalty. And her mom should get some charge for trying to cover shit up for her. I thinks she got into a fight with her mom left and after a few days of having to be a mom without her mom helped she realized caylee was in the way of her partying life. I bet she looked her in a room or left her in the car while she went and partied came back and the baby was dead. then she put her in the truck for a few days then dump her somewhere then left her car. why else would she leave her car? and her own mom said it smelled like a body was in there then wants to say it was pizza. COME ON. my dad works on a trash truck for 20 years n he said he never smelled something that bad to make him think it was from a dead body…. the truth will come out and that poor baby Caylee will be able to rest. I THINK THAT BABY WAS TOO CUTE FOR THEM NASTY EVIL PEOPLE.
Everthing I’ve heard says Casey didn’t report her baby missing for 31 days. Casey DIDN’t report her child missing at all!!!!! Her mother did. 2nd ; They say it could be an accident… okay, I could buy that, but how do you explain the duct tape around Caylees head? …And the personal effects which were found in the bag with the body? ie: home blanket and pajamas?

I hope this helps, Casey would go to the house when no one was there. She had acess to the tape, bags and laundry bag snd heart sticker. You are right about the 31 days Casey did not report Caylee nissing Cindy did, and if you listen to the 911 call you will hear Casey say why do they want to talk to me. Well if your child is missing and you were the last one seen with her, who else would they want to talk to her.
You are all right in your assessments. For years her hard working parents bought her BS, she ran the show.Now she has met her match w/ the Orange County Police & DA’s office. She probably was jealous of little Caylee & found /did the one thing that would destroy her Mother. Why sit in jail for three yrs before throwing your Father & Brother under the bus? She didn’t want little Caylee’s body to be found for fear they would detect all the chemicals in the little girl’s blood. She is of the same caliber as Scott Peterson. I think she will get the ultimate sentence.
