		<description><![CDATA[While it is imperative for a multinational corporation to gather intelligence, this activity must be done in a legal manner. Just as we allow corporations to take money from us legally (sales), we don&#039;t allow them to steal from us. 

Without the proper oversight, we have a powerful global citizen run amok. No different from any other criminal except that these giants are harder to pin down and are experts at throwing out a scape goat that costs them nothing and greases the skids to more of the same.

With their power and wealth, a multinational must be held to a higher standard because there is too much temptation to stray into this very lucrative back alley.

I consider myself an intelligence professional and I am embarrassed and angered at Shell&#039;s illegal activities. And I want you to know that the vast majority of companies gather and process intelligence lawfully.

Please don&#039;t judge us all by their crimes.]]></description>
