I grew up with a real dysfunctional violent, Drug addict, Alcholic, Narcissitic, Sociopathic Father. Whom, I now thank God he is no longer in my life anymore, as much as I hated for this to happen, I had no other choice, but to do “No Contact” to protect myself from that insane man. I once again thank you for sharing this guideline page of toxic parents. This is something for me to turn to again if I ever get caught up into a Toxic Parents Web again.
